Karsh Nursing Scholars Day Conference: Innovation in Practice

Estrellita & Yousuf Karsh Nursing Scholars Day celebrates BWH/BWFH nurses’ contributions to research, innovation and improvement initiatives. It is named in honor of the generosity and vision of Estrellita Karsh, a longtime friend of the Brigham Department of Nursing.

The event will be held on Wednesday, May 28 from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at Mass General Brigham Assembly Row in celebration of nursing science. This year’s theme is “Innovation in Practice.”

New this year: For the first time, Karsh Nursing Scholars Day has been expanded into a full-day conference with contact hours provided. This means that BWH/BWFH nurses can use a conference day to attend and their professional development dollars for the registration fee and other recognized expenses.

This event is open to Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital nursing departments.
