Dana-Farber Brigham 91精品 Patient Navigator Program
The Breast Patient Navigator helps patients make their way through the healthcare system by providing access and identifying resources for patients with abnormal breast findings, patients at increased risk of developing breast cancer, or patients diagnosed with breast cancer. The Breast Patient Navigator is bilingual in Spanish and available to work with any patient in the program’s target population whose socioeconomic status or limited English proficiency may be a potential barrier to screening or follow-up care. Support Groups
As a Dana-Farber Brigham 91精品 patient, you and your family are encouraged and welcome to participate in supportive services available at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, including support groups.
Our breast cancer specialists incorporate survivorship into each patient's overall care, giving them access to services that address emotional concerns, fertility and sexual health about side effects that can arise from certain treatments.
We work closely with Dana-Farber Cancer Institute's , a member of the LIVESTRONG Survivorship Center of Excellence Network, to provide ongoing clinical care and services for adult-onset cancer survivors.
